The sample holder can be controlled to any temperature from cryogenic temperature (4 K) to 100 ºC (373 K) to perform the optical measurement with less the vibration.
●The sample holder is cryogenically cooled by the refrigerator.
●The heater near the sample holder can be heated and controlled to any temperature up to 373 K.
●The vibration is removed by using a gas injection structure for the vibration isolation bellows + anti-vibration rubber and the refrigerator space.
●The optical window has four the effective diameters of o20 and can perform various optical measurements.
●In order to adjust the sample position, it has the rotation, height and XY axis adjustment mechanism.
